I give consent and authorize PFI Mega Life to use my personal data for administrative purposes, and services associated with the offering of this product/program and or other products/programs from PFI Mega Life Insurance.
Mega Asuransi Jiwa Tabungan Pasti is a traditional group life insurance product that provides protection against the risks of death due to any cause and Total and Permanent Disability due to any cause. The coverage benefit is the remaining monthly deposit, which can be paid in a lump sum or over the remaining term until the end of the contract between the participant and the policyholder, as agreed upon when the participant applies for insurance.
If a participant dies due to any cause during the insurance period and the coverage is still valid, the sum assured will be paid and the coverage for those participant will be terminated.
If a Participant suffers Total and Permanent Disability due to any cause during the Insurance Period and the coverage is still valid, the Sum Insured will be paid and the coverage for those participant will be terminated.
Participant: 17 years old - 60 years old
*Age calculation method is nearest birthday
1 month – 20 years. Maximum coverage term are up to the Participant age attained 65 years old.
