JOB PURPOSE :

We are seeking a Marketing Technology Manager who will be responsible for launching as well as driving adoption and usage of agreed marketing tools and platforms to drive business objectives encompassing lead engagement all the way to deepening customer relationships.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• Management of our marketing technology strategy, as well as alignment with campaigns to monetize our demand generation programs and customer database.
• Establish much of the ground work that will help our company launch and scale our lead nurturing and customer engagement programs using identified marketing technology platforms.
  • Understand the current processes and mapping the existing customer journey
  • Identify opportunity areas to optimize the customer journey and collaborating with business/ operations stakeholders to agree on the business requirements.
  • Define the supporting business processes and integrations with existing systems
  • Create and secure stakeholder approval on test cases to validate requirements
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and secure stakeholder signoffs
• End to end execution of marketing campaigns using identified marketing technology platforms.. Manages the operational and technical facets of selected platforms, channel optimization, lead scoring, owned media optimization, CRM integrations and triggered communications.
• Work with internal stakeholders to segment the database for appropriate campaigns. Create demand generation journeys and drip campaigns, to drive engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate and coordinate with the Content Marketing team to drive creation of content and templates for various channels like Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Web Message, Push Messages, etc.
• Track, analyze and report the marketing campaign performance to strategize and develop new campaigns.
• Management of marketing technology provider relationships and budgets.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE :

• At least 5 years of proven track record of creating scalable marketing automation driven campaigns that deliver significant business value.
• Knowledge of Marketing Automation solution like Campaign management, CMS, Analytics, A/B testing tools, Lead scoring models, CRM/ Lead management, etc. and has a strong appreciation of both the technical and creative aspects of running automated marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of life Insurance lifecycle and life insurance products will be an advantage.
• Strong organization skills , the ability to manage long term projects while juggling real-time needs with short turnarounds.
• Ability to function independently with the aptitude and interpersonal skills to gather the resources you need from both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build strong partnerships with internal business partners and work well under tight timeline

Job Purpose :

Lead a team of vendor resources and in-house IT team members through a structured & organized process (Agile preferred) to ensure the highest degree of software quality. Effectively communicate, consult and partner with the business on proposed solutions and project results.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Analyze the development and support activities of applications for digital enablement by coordinating with various parties
2. Demonstrate experience sequencing and tasking to efficiently deliver to an established plan and budget
3. Handling day to day issues and new requirements for the applications
4. Monitoring tasks and working with team members and is responsible for delivery to business.
5. Using advanced techniques (indexing, caching, estimating, etc.) to improve code efficiency
6. Gathering and sequencing business and technical requirements
7. Troubleshooting and resolving complex data and processing issues
8. Integrating data analytics into related applications
9. Communicating complex technical solutions involving the AML/KYC, CTI, Payment Gateway integration components.
10. Run data tools to extract user requested reports and dashboards

Qualification & Experience :

• Excellent communication in English (verbal & written)
• 2+ years leading development teams in a fast-paced application development environment.
• Experience leading teams of 3+ technical or functional team members in an agile environment
• 2+ years hands on experience in any major RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL, etc.)
• 2+ years hands on experience in managing end-to-end LAMP (Linux-Apache-MySql-PHP) stack applications and Java knowledge.
• 1+ years of experience with Data Analytics & Data Visualization
• Experience with ETL or ELT approaches of data ingest and integration
• Experience in developing internet facing applications (online and mobile native) will be preferred.
• Exemplary technical communications skills
• Experience in the Insurance industry/financial background experience is a plus.
• University degree

Job Purpose :

E-Learning and Reporting Program

Job Responsibilities :

1. To assist and support the success of all operational activities of training in T&D Division.
2. To organize and manage T&D Events, coordinate with trainers and another parties, such as :
   • Book and arrange the training venues, meal and snack
   • Prepare the GER of the training activities and to be signed by T&D Division Head
   • Prepare administrative activities to process payments to external parties
3. Work with another parties (departments/partners/external) in preparing training materials to be reproduced if needed.
4. Prepare and monitor the realization of the training events/activities costs.
5. Prepare all report of training and AAJI Licensing.
6. Prepare all training equipment needs to be ready, available and complete in every training events/ activities.
7. Provide creative and innovative ideas for T&D’s development in particular, and company (Mega Jiwa) in general.
8. Mutually develop and motivate T&D performance in line with the strategy, vision and mission of the company that has been determined.

Qualification & Experience :

• 25 – 35 years old
• Minimum Diploma Degree
• Minimum 1 year experience in administration field
• Familiar work with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill
• Bilingual : Bahasa and English

Job Purpose :

In carrying out its functions and responsibilities, Telemarketing Trainer - Supervisor coordinates and oversees 2 (two) scopes of work, includes :

1. Telemarketing Soft Skill Training
2. Telemarketing Product and Technical Skill Training (back-up support)

Job Responsibilities :

1. Helping to manage Sales Learning Department in a professional and integrated in terms of planning and implementation of training and development programs in accordance with company’s needs.
2. Helping to build the TSR competences, in accordance with the standards and needs tailored to the company’s needs.
3. Helping to develop a positive culture for the company through the development of individual competence and team as a whole.
4. Assist in identifying and mapping TSRs’ needs, help in planning all training and development programs’ preparation and implementation as required by the company to achieve maximum results.
5. Conducting all training and development programs to all TSRs and ensuring the programs are running well and optimal.
6. Helping the success of training and development programs which have been prepared by Training and Development Division and Telemarketing/Distribution Team.
7. Preparing all the needs of training and development equipments are available, ready and completed.

5. Conducting all training and development programs to all sales employees and ensuring the programs are running well and optimal.
6. Conducting Sales Event Gathering if needed and TTT for RH and Senior IS to be a Sales Event Gathering Speaker.
7. Helping the success of training and development programs which have been prepared by Training and Development Division and Bancassurance/Distribution Team.

Job Purpose :

1. Ensure timely yet well accepted preparation to start accepting the New Business arising from any predefined projects
2. Manage the monitoring, the communication and the coordination plus the 1-1 session with each units involved in Product Development Projects towards Point No. 1
3. Manage any critical decision as required to pass any hassle that might be stopping the projects to run as expected, especially in timely manner, inclucing to coordinate closely with each department to help the department on completing their task.

Qualification & Experience :

1. Bachelor Degree, preferably from Science 
2. Min. 5 years' Experience in Life Insurance Company, preferably from Marketing, and/or Operation
3. Min. 2 projects that was successfully launch in any Life Insurance Company where he/she becomes the Project Manager
4. Strong interpersonal skills to make effective yet efficient any process towards timely Project Completion
5. Strong managerial skills especially when it comes to Project Manager
6. Strong Product Development skills when it comes to any involvement with all related user' task

Job Purpose :

1. Responsible to Claim Manager
2. Ensuring that all claims processes are carried out quickly and appropriately in accordance with the provisions and also in accordance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures
3. Participate in the success of company targets

Job Responsibilities :

1. Check all the claim process by Claim Staff on the claim administration process whether it is in accordance with the provisions of the Policy and also if it is in accordance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures
2. Re-checking and signing the Claim Worksheet;
3. Re-checking the Screening of AML (Anti Money Laundering) data and DTTOT data (List of Suspected Terrorists and Terrorist Organizations) whether identified with the data:
   -  List of suspected terrorists and terrorist organizations (DTTOT)
   -  Proliferation (Register of Weapons of Mass Destruction)
   -  SDN List (Terrorists, Money Launders, Drug traffickers)
4. Re-checking the Beneficiaries / indications of being foreign (indicia CRS) or CRS (Common Reporting Standard)
5. Re-checking and initialing the request letter for the completeness of the claim document to be sent to the Policy Holder, Insured or Beneficiary, if the claim document is incomplete;
6. Re-checking the claim confirmation letter to the Policy Holder, Insured or Beneficiary, if the claim document is complete and the claim is still being analyzed;
7. Approve Claims based on the Authority Limit Table;
8. Re-checking the claim approval letter to the Policy Holder, Insured or Beneficiary, if the claim has been agreed to be paid;
9. Re-checking the claim rejection letter to the Policy Holder, Insured or Beneficiary, if the claim cannot be processed;
10. Check and monitor every claim letter in the form of an original letter to the Policy Holder, Insured or Beneficiary through the General Affair / Vendor Department;
11. Monitor the claim process by the e-Millions system;
    -  Claim Pending
    -  Claim Approval (according to authority limit)
    -  Claim Rejected (according to authority limit)
12. Re-checking Payment Request claim;
13. Monitoring claim payments made by the Dept. Finance
14. Monitors the claim process whether it is in accordance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures
15. Monitor the filing of claim documents according to the type of claim and the claim processing period that has been sent to the vendor (MMI).
16. Assist the Customer Service Department to explain to the Policy Holder / Insured or Beneficiary for any complaints from customers relating to claims
17. Investigate claims:

• Make an official travel order (SPPD) according to the form from HRD
• Make a list of maps (locations) of investigation
• Make a letter requesting filling out medical resumes to the local Hospital/Clinic/Community Health Centers
• Make an investigation report
• Make an assessment claim

Job Purpose :

Responsible for quality control of policy servicing, and supervise operational activities in policy servicing.

Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

• Supervise and coordinate day to day operational activities in policy servicing.
• Ensure policy servicing process is completed within agreed Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Running quality checking process on internal team and ensuring good communication between quality checker and team member.
• Involvement on Company and Policy Owner Services Project.
• Provide input/suggestions for continuous improvement of process flow or change process policies or others related to the policy servicing.
• Handle UAT process for system enhancements.
• Prepare policy servicing report.
• Other administrative task assigned.

Qualification & Experience :

• At least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 4 years of working experience in the related field.
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Good in both written and spoken English.

Job Purpose :

Ensuring the quality of service provided by Customer Service meets service standards and is responsible for developing customer service staff

Job Responsibilities :

1. Receive incoming telephone calls to the call center.
2. Listen carefully to every complaint submitted by the Customer.
3. Give correct answers to every question about the problem raised by the Customer regarding the company's products.
4. Recording messages and problems that become customer complaints.
5. Provide the best solution for problems faced by the Customer.
6. Serve Customers quickly and friendly.
7. Escalate to related parties if needed.
8. Ensuring Customer complaints are resolved in accordance with the specified SLA.

Qualification & Experience :

• At least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 1 years of working experience as Customer Service
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Good in both written and spoken English.
