I give consent and authorize PFI Mega Life to use my personal data for administrative purposes, and services associated with the offering of this product/program and or other products/programs from PFI Mega Life Insurance.
Mega Auto Proteksi Plus is a group term life insurance program issued by PT PFI Mega Life Insurance which provides insurance benefits in the form of financial protection against the risk of death due to natural causes during the insurance period.
If the Participant dies during the Insurance Period, the Insurance Benefit that can be paid under this Policy is, whichever is lower:
a. Sum Assured, which is calculated by the Insurer based on the initial Sum Assured which decreases every month in accordance with the principle of calculating amortization based on interest rate determined by the Insurer, including principal debt arrears and interest arrears during the time period agreed by the Insurer since the Participant died (if any), or
b. The outstanding loan, which is which is recorded to the Policyholder which decreases every month is calculated based on the Initial Sum Insured selected by the Participant including principal debt arrears and interest arrears during the time period agreed by the Insurer since the Participant died (if any).

1 (one) to 30 (thirty) years, where the entry age plus the Insurance Period is no more than 70 years of age
