Farmawaty Tan

President Commisioner

Farmawaty Tan obtained a Bachelor's degree in the Faculty of Business majoring in Accounting, Finance, Investment & Banking, Specializing in International Business, from the University of Wisconsin, United States (USA).

In a career spanning more than twenty years in the Financial Industry, she has held leadership positions in various companies in the Banking and Non-Banking sectors. Farmawaty started her career at Citibank in 1994-2004 with the last position as Vice President, Card Acquisition Head, and at Bank Danamon from 2004-2011 with the last position as Senior Executive Vice President-Consumer Mass Market Business Head. Currently, she holds the position of President Commissioner at PT PFI Mega Life Insurance (2018-present), Commissioner at PT Mega Central Finance (2019-present), Commissioner at PT Mega Auto Finance (2020-present), and Director at CT Corpora (2015-present).

Jonathan Graybill

Commisioner

Jonathan is the President, Asia (ex-Japan) Region responsible for PII’s businesses in Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia and Taiwan as well as the regional office in Singapore.

Prior to moving to Singapore in August ’16, Jonathan served as the COO of PII where he supported the operations and technology organizations in twelve countries and fourteen businesses.

In his thirty-year career at Prudential, he has held leadership positions in various Operations and Technology functions in U.S. Annuities, Retirement Services and Individual Life.  Jonathan was responsible for Policyholder Administration in the Individual Life Business.  This included the post-sale service provided to approximately nine million policyholders through operations centres located in the United States, India and the Philippines.  In addition to his O&S expertise Jonathan has deep experience in Business Continuation, Information Security and Vendor Management.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration from Temple University.  He is married with two children, ages 16 and 18.

Dr Hj Ratna Januarita, S.H, LL.M, M.H

Dr Hj Ratna Januarita, S.H, LL.M, M.H earned a degree in Faculty of Law, from Padjajaran university, Bandung and then she earned her Master Degree with scholarship concentrated on Corporation Law from Monash University, Melbourne Australia. After that she continue her postgraduate program from Padjajaran University, Bandung, concentration on Business Law, and it was a scholarship program held by Bandung Islamic University. And then she continued with her Doctoral program in Law, and also she earned a scholarship program for her studies from Bandung Islamic University. Her career has a broad scope from Lecturer, Governmental, Legal Consultant, Researcher and also she has been active in NGOs. She is also active in conducting training and seminars as a speaker.

Sutrisno Iwantono, MA. Ph.D

Sutrisno Iwantono, MA. Ph.D has earned his Doctoral program in Political Economics, Okayama University Japan; with a Master in Agricultural Economics, from Okayama University Japan and he also has a bachelor from Bogor Agricultural University, Indonesia with Agricultural Economics. Mr. Sutrisno Iwantono, MA. Ph.D is very active in Government and Political sectors, for example on 1999 – 2000 he was a Director General, Research and Development Agency, Ministry of Cooperatives and Small Business Development, Government of Indonesia; 2000 – 2002 Deputy Minister, Ministry of Cooperatives and Small Business Development, Government of Indonesia. He is also active as a President, Advocacy Center for Indonesia Farmer Union (ACIF) since 2003. He is also active as a Vice President, Indonesian Farmers Union (HKTI) since 2005. Sutrisno Iwantono, MA. Ph.D is active as a counselor and a consultant; as a founder of Iwant & Co. – Antimonopoly Counselor and Competition Academy. Some of his counseling experiences include Antimonopoly counselor for, PT Indosat Tbk (2009), PT Semen Gersik Tbk (2010), and PT Unilever Indonesia (2010); and some of his business consulting experience was for Shinko MC Ltd. Japan (1996 – 1999) and for OEFC Japan (1996 – 1998).
