Job Purpose :

H/She will act as a liaison between the investment management team and the sales/distribution
channel/customer, by provide investment update, market update and recommendation to the sales/distribution
channel/customer. H/She cooperates and coordinates with investment team and related department to enhance
the internal sales team by provide investment related training.

Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

1. Provide the training for internal sales (basics investment knowledge, fund fact sheet, and market introduction), liaise with T & D team.
2. Support internal sales team by weekly, monthly, quarterly, & annually market outlook/update
3. Cooperate and coordinate with investment team and related department to provide fund fact sheet, market outlook/update, and unit link funds recommendation to all distribution channel.
4. Maintain good relationships with all distribution channel (from investment perspective) and provide market outlook/update at customer gathering.
5. Accompanying internal/external sales when prospecting good potential customers (big customers).

Qualification & Experience :

1. Minimum education bachelor degree (S1), preferably majoring in economics.
2. Has a licensed investment manager and still active.
3. Experienced in financial/investment industry at least 3 years.
4. Fluent in English (oral and written).
5. Good communication and negotiation skills.
6. Excellent in Microsoft Office and familiar with market data feed or market real time information.
7. Excellent Investment skill and knowledge.

Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

1. Memberikan kontribusi penjualan AJK sehingga mencapai target yang ditentukan
2. Melakukan visit ke cabang cabang Bank untuk membantu pengajuan AJK  
3. Melakukan sosialisasi ke cabang-cabang Bank untuk produk dan seputar informasi AJK
4. Menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan cabang dengan memberikan pelayanan terbaik  dan memberikan solusi atau mengatasi kendala yang ada yang sebelumnya sudah dikoordinasikan AJMI terlebih dahulu

The Actuarial Internship Program is offering actuarial project assignments within PFI Mega Life’s business unit apply the intern analytical and technical skills to actuarial problems while gaining exposure to different aspects of the business including pricing, valuation, financial reporting, marketing, and investments.

Job Duties:

Depending on the tasks assigned, the intern can work on projects related to but not limited to some of the following actuarial activities:

• Developing premiums and benefits for new or enhanced insurance products.
• Producing renewal quotes.

• Developing profitability performance reports.
• Calculating reserves and analysis.

PMLDB Support Operation Analyst:

The PMLDB Support Operation Analyst will support daily Data Ingestion Jobs for PMLDB from source systems like Millions, Enigma. He will be 1st level support having access to Production Environment to take necessary actions to rectify errors during the loading process. Furthermore, the position involves providing high quality, end-user support to directly resolve or facilitate the resolution of technology-related issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Liase with IDC Team to rectify issues, deploy new upgrades with DEVOPS Tools
• Provide technical support, via phone, email, and screen share applications
• Maintaining, troubleshooting and supporting existing systems
• Perform software testing, with the goal of identifying problems and defects
• Maintain support and testing documentation to facilitate problem resolution
• Implementing and refining data quality and verification processes

Required skills and experience:

• Excellent knowledge on Red Hat Linux Environment, Oracle and other NO-SQL databases
• Excellent knowledge of SQL queries, joins, sub-queries, and grouping

PMLDB Data Engineer :

The PMLDB Data Engineer will work on data modeling, mapping with data sources and develop data loads for PMLDB. He will be 1st level support having access to Production Environment to take necessary actions to rectify errors during the Data Loading process. Furthermore, the position involves working with the remote Team in India to resolve questions and issues relating to mapping of various data sources and correct data loading /data transformations/ data clean up needed for PMLDB.

He will be solely responsible for data cleansing and helping the Support Analyst in the support.

Responsibilities:

• Data Modeling of PMLDB
• Mapping of source systems like Millions, Enigma, POS and PAS with PMLDB
• Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
• Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

Main responsibilities:

• Build digital analytics capability by developing and implementing a PML-wide data strategy
• Support all traditional distribution channels with data analytics to improve performance, reporting and insight including TM propensity modelling and IS targeting
• Provide specific focus on web analytics using Google Analytics or similar platforms including lead generation, digital marketing campaigns and publishing websites
• Build various data models, example, customer segmentation, demographics, profiling, risk scores, etc, based on the KPIs provided
• Develop dashboards, implement deep dive analyses, and deliver ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders and marketing partners
• Leverage available customer data to generate insights to drive business objectives and KPIs, especially provide insights for customer marketing campaigns for up-sell and cross-sell purposes
